Maybe someone handed her a baby for when she is lying down in the first photo, then she put a “fat suit” under her pajamas for the other photos where she is pregnant again. Or maybe it’s a different person entirely.

Ok, I did some more research on this collection of images by reading a number of articles and viewing the accompanying images. Here is my best interpretation of all the information:
1. Mariana Vishegirskaya, a well-known blogger and instagram model, is pictured in the polka dot pajamas (see also post 106). She is pregnant on Wednesday when she is exiting the bombed maternity hospital. The first photo in post 47 is from the next day, Thursday, after she has given birth to Veronika.
2. The person with the brown nails is a different person from the maternity hospital.
3. The person being carried out on the stretcher is a third person (it's obvious when you see closer photos). She and her baby died later.
