If we are all equal we don’t need special legal carve puts for only one sex.
Perhaps if female sports generated as much positives for the institutions and could hold their own against male sports..
But they dont.
And before you say well its all male sporrs, these teams and leagues just didn’t become huge things overnight, without a huge amount of risky investment money and hard work. Hard work and risk femalesmdo not want to acknowledge, nor put in themselves to create their own leagues and teams from rhe ground up.
To wit, the wnba gets almost all its money from mens basketball. They are extremely subsidized by the NBA. Any male high school basketball team easily beats them. Yet they think they deserve and are entitled to mens basketball salaries.
They have done next to nothing to create their leagues or get people interested in them. Its not going to happen because the level of play isn’t there to get most people to watch.
This girl is assuming that there’s only ONE transgender male who will compete in women’s sports. What if there are two or three?

If this insanity continues, in 10 years there will be no women on the women’s teams of any sport.
Or, all of the competitors are men.
Then, “women’s sports” will be the new name for “junior varsity”.
I think what Lia Thomas is doing is great. American Universities, corporate America and the MSM have become a full blown gynocracies. Men are being run off American college campuses. Young women are flat out being trained to see men as the enemy. I’ve come to the sad conclusion that the only way to fix the system is to tear it down from the inside using their woke rules against them. So, you go “girl”.
