Okay, I'll break it down for you. For the promise of a fat wad, most people will do anything. Below a certain level, people do what they're told and they reap the benefits. If not, they are removed. That's for starters.
Bill Gates and the derps control 'Big Pharma', so what they want, they get. 'Big Pharma', as you call it is naught but a tool. They kill their 'customers' because the people at the top are coerced (or true believers). Most don't even know they're 'killing their customers'. They are under the illusion, like you, that they are doing good.
The formulas, however, are not developed by the majority of the individuals, but by a handful, and they take their instructions. Why? Because 'big pharma' is controlled, just as most of our government institutions are, both here and around the world.
Those in control have an agenda, and genocide is part of that agenda. Look at the push for WWIII coming from the derps. These people will stop at nothing, do ANYTHING to maintain power and control and rid themselves of opposition, while seeking Bill Gates' (and other derps) wet dream of population control. Your question is naive and you lack a basic understanding of the world as it is. The evidence is there for you to see, but you ignore it and call it 'conspiracy theory'.
