When the video started that's exactly what I expected! As for explaining how the tire marks got on the roof, I would hope that the police would make a report of the incident that I could provide to the insurance company. Sometimes, when there are no injuries, some departments won't investigate the accident.
They generally don't care about accidents on private property, either. A buddy of mine found out the hard way when another driver backed into him in a parking lot. It was he said/she said with the insurance since the cops wouldn't respond to it. At least these folks have video.
