Are those grains produced in Russia between mid-March and the end of June? The grain that Russia has, is grain from last year's harvest that's in their storage facilities. That needs to last them until the next harvest. Winter wheat starts getting harvested in summer.

Wheat can be stored for years and often is depending on market price fluctuations, blending needs, and other factors. Basically all wheat at goes into an elevator following harvest and comes out when profit can be maximized.
