What strikes me as odd is why he bothers to argue with Tulsi Gabbard. She is an interesting and charismatic person, but she has no political following or significance. She had next to no support in the Dem 2020 primaries and she is out of office besides.

One would think she is beneath his notice - unless there is some reason to think that there is more to her than meets the eye.
