Maybe it wasn't a NLAW? I can't see the Ukrainian missile team moving or getting away.

It could have been a Ukrainian Stugna-P. That system allows launch control unit to run a cable to the launcher. The operator guides the missile by the thermal imaging camera in the nose. If that was the case, the Ukrainian operators could be a few hundred meters away from where the missile was.
