Agree with many posters here, premise makes no sense.

Questions:
Wouldn’t Polish fighters have NATO std instruments and avionics including navigation, IFF, ECM? Are we proposing to adapt back to Russian weapons? If so do we then have to become a supplier/smuggler of those? Do the Ukes have bases they can land at and protect from the Russian ground and air forces?
The media says Uke pilots will know how to fly them. As I recall from an Aviation Disaster TV series, an experienced Russian pilot ( supposedly PIC because of his experience) working for a western european airline had a couple week transition course and soon crashed, and it turned out the artificial horizon worked backwards from the planes he had flown all his life in Russia. Also, it turned out he actually didn’t speak the language the transition course was in very well. On our artificial horizons the ball behind the little plane symbol turns left and down when you bank right and climb, on theirs the little plane moves right for roll and in and out for pitch, or something.
In summary, I think it is likely both the Russian built aircraft in Polish service might need to be reinstrumented for the pilots’ sake and to prevent exposure of avionics and weapons systems to capture, and the Ukrainian pilots carefully retrained. And then you have to have to have bases and armament supply chains.
There is some good news from this awful war.
Cancel culture has decided to cancel Putin—the mob of bullies has finally picked on someone who could fight back.
So—ya never know....
Without sam suppression flying over there is a suicide mission.
And SAM Sites inside Russia can control all of Ukraine. SEAD missions inside Russia is instant WWIII. The whole enchilada.
How many dogfights did you study the data from before arriving at that (erroneous) conclusion?
I do not know why Ukraine does not use their fighters. They have more enough to destroy that 40 mile Russian convoy.
There is something more going on then we are being told.
