I don’t care who hands me a firearm or what they might claim about its condition. I am going to check it. Baldwin is responsible for what he did, period. He was reckless and negligent in his handling of a deadly weapon.
Baldwin’s next move will be to claim he can’t get a fair trial because he has shot his mouth off about the case too much.
You can bet that the courtroom testimony will be censored.

That statement may be the catch ... Baldwin was skimping on everything on the film... probably underinsured the shoot. May be significantly lower payout by the insurer than what they are being sued for.
Baldwin was one of 11 Producers and was not the manager or financier. Definitely everything was skimped on. I am not an expert on this, but the insurer may try to not pay for damages due to someone aiming a gun at someone and firing. Plus Baldwin is being sued personally as well as the production company. He probably has personal insurance, but it may not pay for something like this, and it may be over the limits of liability.
I have a 45 long Colt just like the one BALDWIN used to KILL that YOUNG LADY, mine has never killed anything unless I COCKED IT, AIMED IT, AND SQUEEZED THE TRIGGER ON IT.
The only way mine works is when I perform all those actions, a few weeks ago I had it sitting on the bench and I asked it if it could ever kill any one or any thing without my help.
It just sat there on the bench like an INANIMATE OBJECT, it didn’t even answer my question!
He’s still not in jail.
