Yep, the phrase natural born citizen” has a meaning, and anybody willing to read can find it in Wong Kim Ark. Anybody who thinks it can ONLY mean someone who has two citizen parents, as opposed to someone being “legally” born here, is the equivalent of a Sovereign Citizen arguing with a police officer about the need to have a driver’s license or insurance - in other words, some kind of a nut.

You are aware that Wong Kim Ark cites the 14th amendment as the basis for it's conclusion?

What were "natural born citizens" before the 14th amendment?

Also, Wong Kim Ark specifically excludes people like Ted Cruz, who are born in a foreign country.

Should you actually read Wong Kim Ark, it will explain that all to you! But I suspect that it will do not good for you to read it, because, like The Sovereign Citizen, you will never admit that you are wrong. Nope. You will die and go to Hell before you ever admit that the fringe on the flag is meaningless, and that Capitalizing your name does not make you a different entity! Nope. Birther and Sovereign Citizens were transexuals in mindset before trannies became a thing - self identifying as whatever based on their subjective whims.
