Pure speculation. What isn’t speculation is this: It’s a matter of law that that the paperwork must be reviewed before it is released. CDC/Pfizer didn’t make the law. Congress did. There are hundreds of thousands of pages of paperwork. Each page must be reviewed for proprietary information and Personally Identifiable Information (PID) before it can be released.
