It’s not just Ukraine and this war. It’s safest to assume that NOTHING you hear on broadcast news or read on major internet sites is truthful. Everything is put there with an agenda behind it. Some of it may be the truth, but if so it’s only because that particular truth supports the narrative being pushed. If I happen to be in hearing of a TV newscast I immediately think “OK, let’s spot the narrative”.
Remember how with Klintoon 25 years ago we were supposed to fully support Bosnians? That they were so oppressed and terrorized?
Because they were Moslems. And this was before 9/11.

Completely correct which is why I am not reading any “news” sources about this situation.
