I think the country is beyond repair. The corruption runs through 99% of government. Time for the Constitutional Republic, America 2.0.

Question is: How does anyone go about implementing Constitutional Republic America 2.0?
It's not like the corrupt are going to give up their gravy train.
And as long as LEO's, and military, remain low information, or are actual accomplices to the lying, thieving government, how can America 2.0 be started?
