In the 1930s the USSR defeated the Japanese in Mongolia, then left it an independent buffer state between itself and various Asian threats of that time, to the present. Chinese refugee leakage into eastern Siberia at least used to be a growing issue for Pooty-poot.

Hmm, some of the people I talk with who have analytical backgrounds found Putin’s talk impressive, hardly “rambling”. Instead they found him to be a skilled orator.
Something with which our MEdia is entirely inexperienced at reporting.
His extensive quotes and grasp of history, without a teleprompter, seemed like a slap at the mental incompetency of both Biden and Harris.
