"We must follow the science!"
That was the big refrain from Democrats for the past couple of years. However, as we approach the midterms that assertion has changed to "We must follow the political science." Why? Because recent elections, especially in Virginia and New Jersey, have taught many Democrat politicians that continuing mask mandates is toxic at the polls. Therefore there is now a push among Democrat governors to ease or eliminate such mask mandates.
However, there is a problem. While satisfying the general population, it seems to alienate hard core liberals who not only cling to wearing masks as a sense of identity but also gives them a sense of power by forcing others to do the same.

Optional masking rules make it easy to spot the liberal.
It reminds me of the old Dr Seuss cartoon , “The Sneetches”. The masks are the stars.
Nowhere is that more true than here in Santa Clara County, CA. All of the other Bay Area Counties dropped their silly mask requirements but Santa Clara County. The county health director is absolutely drunk on her power. You go into a store here in Silicon Valley and 100% of people (except me) are masked up. You go to a restaurant and you see people putting their masks on for the five seconds to walk to their table, then they drop the mask for 90 minutes, and dutifully put it back on for the five second walk back to the door when they are done dining. It is absolute, utter lunacy here.
But the liberals love their maskerbation.
It's frightening to think the people that build all the high-tech hardware and software we use everyday have ZERO common sense.

Liberals, Sissies and genuinely concerned individuals (do to other health problems) still wear them.
So I don’t rush to judgement when I see a mask wearer. Though generally when I see a person alone in a car wearing one I tend to pass judgment
I have no problem with individuals who choose to wear masks or blue hair or sack cloth and ashes to work. What I object to is the demand that everyone else must conform to their fashion choices to demonstrate their power over my life. Over time their radical individualist behavior will respond to ridicule, boredom, and changing fads but if they believe they can compel others to accept their will they will become addicted to the power it gives them and never let go.
This is what we are seeing in Canada with the vaccine mandates and with the teacher’s unions in the blue states that are demanding the kids wear masks forever even after the state mandates have been revoked.
So… you’re saying face masks are the new SS arm bands?

The headline makes no sense. If Liberals wear masks as ID, then removing mask mandates will just make it easier for Liberals to virtue signal by continuing to wear them.
No. Wearing a mask is most recent burqua-for-woke-liberalz. It’s their “I am a more woke and loyal-follow-the-sheep than you, you heathen ignorant gun and God and racist-loving misogynist fascist basted you!.”
90+ percent of racists wear them, because otherwise one could not tell they are an oppressed minority.
The people screaming about Science, either Covid or Global Warming, overwhelming have no credentials to argue the topics.
Talk to them a bit. If you can understand them through their masks, you soon discover that they are painfully ignorant of math, physics, chemistry and biology. They cannot Calculus. A pound mol baffles them. Maxwell is Mr. Smart, not the fellow known for his four equations. After a short time it is obvious that they struggle to balance their checkbooks, and a Prius owners manual tests their reading comprehension.
Yet, here in the free world, high school drop outs like Neil Young are given a voice in discussion well above their qualifications and competencies.
Thankfully, we now have the Mask of Ignorance. People won’t wear a dunce cap, but they willingly strap on this public signal of feeble intellect.
It certainly appears that way. It is part of the libtard uniform. Just like ass-antler tattoos were part of the whore uniform 20 years ago.
It's the same group that also want to do away with specialized high school by lowering standards and classes that teach advanced courses in those topics.
Not one of those persons could do long division or add a column of numbers, but want to dictate how those schools and classes should operate.
