I can’t figure how why or when adults stopped being adults. I’m thinking around 2010.

That's when birth parents gave up all their children to the government and the communists took full control of the education system...
Perhaps when Obama took office...2008. I don't ever recall an Administration that refused to follow court decrees. Or maybe we could actually say it was when Bill Clinton was elected in 1992, because nobody in his administration, including Al Gore, nor Hillary have ever been held accountable for all their scandals, and corruption during their White House years, and afterwards. Children and criminals have a lot in common, in that, if they aren't punished for their bad behavior, they are emboldened, and only get worse.
