Well that part is pretty foolish .
Anyone with animal knowledge would not agree with that.
They are his animals. We give our pets rabies shots, ourselves. I will say we had a cute little rat terrier who did NOT respond well to shots, so we kept them at a minimum. Grown-ups can make their own calls on this.

Having grown with animal agriculture, I’m just shocked anyone doesn’t realize that every farm animal is vaccinated .
But our nation is big and many people have no connection with agriculture so I guess that may explain it.
And I assume everyone would do the same for cats and dogs .
