This. Biden is an idiot who has not been right about anything in his entire life. He was one of the primary proponents of defunding South Vietnam and thereby causing the loss of the Vietnam war.

I agree with you on that, I disagree with VDH that Biden is calling the shots. I think he says that to avoid a discussion on who really is in control.
