The Bush, Clinton, Obama, Biden criminal cabals are all one big cult and the reason why right now we have the most corrupt government we’ve ever had in USA history. Everything from top to bottom, from our military, justice system, federal law enforcement, education, on and on and on is all compromised solely because we had 28 years of these crime families in power.

Well now it will be 32 years with Biden. Ronald Reagan was one of if not our greatest President but he made a huge tactical error that could very well end this country: He picked GH Bush as his running mate

As did Trump Pence.

I wish I could find my passioned thesis posted here 5 yrs ago, the case for Rand Paul as VPOTUS.

We would be in half the $&!+ we are in now if Paul was VP.

He is a good man, he fights, and Trump didn't golf with him often for $h!+'s and giggles, they got along and were talking serious business. Just look at what they did for massive group insurnace policies based upon the ERISA/UPS exemption that Rand and his team found.

Neither Ronald Reagan or Donald Trump had complete control, or freedom to choose, their running mate. Our elections are political and there are many layers of compromise along the way to winning an election. Presidential candidate Ronald Reagan faced a faction of RINOs who were promoting the idea of a co-presidency such as Gerald Ford. George Bush was the alternative and Reagan got the message and accepted Bush. Candidate Trump likewise had a choice of Pence or Pence. This was not a hill he wanted to waste time on as it would get no better. Trump will have more control of whom he chooses to run with next time. Right wingers can be obstinate and self righteous in insisting on their choice so it is not necessarily a given that a candidate will prevail if he does not acquiesce in some measure to political realities. RINOs deserve no consideration but they can influence their local voters and must be listened to.

Reagandid not ‘pick’ Bush! He had to accept the party’s pick for VP or he would never have been supported. Such BS.

Reagan wanted to tap conservative Paul Laxalt of NV for VP, but his advisors did not think that both candidates coming from two neighboring states would be a sound political strategy. Then Bill Clinton 12 years later does just that with Al Gore. Yea, Caesar had his Brutus, Reagan his Bush and Trump his Pence.
