I have been in Utah more than 14 years, and have never encountered a female alumni from BYU who was anything close to conservative, and most not even human. They pretend nice and professional, but their actions are rabid militant feminist.
Think about it this way: You are a young woman in today’s economy and you can either serve food in a busy restaurant and be burnt out the rest of the week all for minimum wage or you can dance naked on camera and do a few more selfies for 2 hours, do some editing and you make 1000$ a week, which would you do?
Those who have moral convictions against nudity won’t do it. Those who don’t are already well aware of these opportunities.

Most of the college girls and graduates go for the easy money, up through the age groups, right through marriages and babies, with multi-hundreds of hook-ups on the side.
Online dating sites, even the "Christian Singles" type of sites, showcase women who are on multiple Pay-to-Play and hook-up sites.
More men are opting out of dating and marriage, focusing on their careers and self-improvement. American women are kaput. If they are 28 or 30, and not married, they likely have high body counts, children from multiple baby daddies, and are unable to pair-bond in a committed relationship or marriage.
