Sunday will bring us a particularly interesting sporting event- the F**k the Police Bowl, also known as the Super Bowl. There will reportedly be a football game played but it's the entertainment that's of note.
Over the last few years the Superbowl has devolved into an overblown half time spectacle sandwiched around a sporting event. This year is no different, except for the participants and their legacies. There are two in particular, Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg. They exhort the killing of cops.
Dre blessed us with "F**k tha Police" in 1988
To spare you having to watch it here are some of the choice lyrics
I don't know if they fags or whatJay Z calls this "visionary."
Search a nigga down, and grabbin his nuts
And on the other hand, without a gun they can't get none
But don't let it be a black and a white one
Cause they'll slam ya down to the street top
Black police showin out for the white cop
Ice Cube will swarm
on ANY motherfucker in a blue uniform
Just cause I'm from, the CPT
Ounk police are afraid of me!
HUH, a young nigga on the warpath
And when I'm finished, it's gonna be a bloodbath
of cops, dyin in L.A.
Yo Dre, I got somethin to say
[cut and scratched x4] "Fuck the police"
Then there's Snoop.
“Dipping through the city with a Glock in a Range RovePepsi lends its considerable financial support. If you sleeping probably not with the same hoe
Rock the same clothes rich n—as do
And rock by the same code till I’m a rich n—a too
I be in the club with the stick in my shoe
You call the f–king police like a bitch n—a do.”
Timing is everything. Despite their despicable "songs" they are being featured by the NFL not long after two young Hispanic NYPD officers were murdered. 30 cops have been shot in January 2022 so far. You would have to give them credit for being effective. Over 1000 cops were shot in Joe Biden's first year, 73 were killed.
You might also remember that the NFL would not allow a decal honoring the 5 Dallas cops murdered in 2016 but were cool with Kaepernick's "Cops are pigs" socks.

will they be sporting felon’s names on their uniforms?
super bowl? guess i missed it again
The people in the stands should shout these pukes down. Their message sucks.
I’ve always wondered with tix at $5000 and up who the actual demographic is that can attend the SB.
It’s suppose to be warmer here in the Rockies this Sunday, so I’m going to do something exciting. Watch the snow melt. Oh and watch for my first robin.
Those songs - like many, many rap songs - are full of racial slurs, calls for violence, profanity, and misogynistic views on women, yet they never seem to violate the “community standards” of social media platforms, nor do the performers themselves ever face boycotts or de-platforming. Neil Young apparently supports them. Funny how that works.
That’s a great question. We will see if they shout down joe biden and the halftime show. That would be epic. Of course they would have to take their masks off.
You might also remember that the NFL would not allow a decal honoring the 5 Dallas cops murdered in 2016.
the MAINSTREAM loves it:
9 Feb: NBC Bay Area: ‘It Feels Good’: Snoop Dogg Buys Death Row Records, the Label on Which He Rose to Fame
Founded in part by Dr. Dre and Suge Knight, Death Row Records was created in 1992 and was home to some of the biggest names in West Coast hip-hop.
By Jonathan Lloyd and Wire Reports
Snoop Dogg expanded his business empire in a big way just days before he performs at the Super Bowl halftime show.
The ultra-smooth Southern California rapper, who is part of a blockbuster halftime show lineup that includes Dr. Dre at SoFi Stadium Sunday in Inglewood, acquired Death Row Records. The label on which Snoop rocketed to fame was purchased from MNRK Music Group, which is controlled by the Blackstone investment firm...
David Kestnbaum, a senior managing director for Blackstone, said in a statement that the group wishes Snoop all the best.
“We are excited to put the Death Row Records brand back in the hands of a legend like Snoop Dogg,” he said. “We wish him success in the years ahead as the brand moves forward under his leadership and vision.”...

29 Jan 2022: NY Post: Snoop Dogg performing at Super Bowl halftime show becoming even worse look
by Phil Mushnick
So what if he luridly degrades women as one of his stocks in trade if he can sell beer?...
And as I watched that Corona ad, I got to thinking about Snoop Dogg’s violently anti-police, pro-crime vile and vulgar “artistry,” mindful that Roger Goodell appointed and anointed Snoop Dogg the headliner at this year’s Super Bowl halftime.
Perhaps Goodell, also in the interest of keeping it real, would like to rap along with a “song” by Snoop and J5 Slap entitled, “Police.” Ready, Roger? It reads thusly:
“All you n—as out there.
Take your guns that you using to shoot each other
And start shooting these b—h-ass mother-f–king police.
That’ll impress a mother-f–king n—a like me.”...

Fortunately for me, I don’t care about pro sports anymore and will not be watching either the Super Bowl or half-time show.
Haven’t watched an NFL game since the 1993 Super Bowl, and stopped wasting my time watching all other pro sports around 1998.
I was getting absolutely no joy or entertainment value form it. There are much more enjoyable things to do, particularly during the Super Bowl. Stores, parks, museums and most other things are less crowded. Sunday will be a great day for me.
It is actually the ‘stupid bowl’.
IDGAF, I won’t be watching.
I may watch some of the game. I will definitely skip the halftime show. Snoop Dog? Kendrick Lamar? Just who does the NFL think its audience is?
And those messages will be broadcast around the world. It's shameful.
BUT BUT BUT JOE ROGAN
Anyone watching this PO$ posing as a sporting event is mentally ill.

They have the protective coating of the proper skin color. Check out the lyrics of “Caucasoid Cave Bitch” by the despicable racist ICE Cube. And he’s a major movie star that has his white co-stars just drooling all over him and get this, Nascar, of all the sports, just had him do their halftime show at “The Clash”. And they’re trying to cancel Joe Rogan for using the n word 20 years ago. SMFH
Not tuning for halftime. Made it clear that at halftime it’s the puppy bowl or the Olympics or I am going to go walk with a flashlight.
