We watch streaming. Can’t stand the ridiculous amount of commercial time on regular television.
Besides, the offerings on regular television are so bad, it is impossible to watch the woke, propagandized drivel advertisers sponsor.
Ads (and TV shows) target the urban demographic. Thus almost all shows are set in SF, NYC, LA, etc. They often target eastern big cities. And many eastern big cities are majority black and have much higher densities of homosexuals.
IIRC, most large cities are now white minority. And pro-homosexual, Democrat, crime infested, hate-America and anti-religious. Just like the TV shows and ads targeting them.

I watch very little broadcast TV. Don’t have cable but I have a Roku TV and still see this racial nonsense with the online ads. But most of time it’s black couples or Hispanics. White people apparently exist anymore.
See the same crap at my local Walmart. I live in a county that is least 80% white and I live in the part that’s probably at least 90% white. But in the pharmacy/toiletries section of my local Walmart all the women in the cosmetic advertising there are black or dark-skin Latino types. Makes no damn sense.

Would it even bother me if I did? Probably not. Who cares if it's a white or a black person selling the soap and corn flakes in the commercials.
I still remember the Bill Cosby commercials for Jello and the OJ Simpson commercials for AVIS. Did it bother me then? Nope. Couldn't care less. Who thought back then though that these two would end up in jail someday. '

Watching TV commercials these days you can only reach two assumptions about the entire TV advertising industry. Either the industry is really just one giant “woke” company, or the whole “woke” industry has daily mass zoom call sessions to identify how they can get their woke narratives and agendas all in sync.
I’m retired. If I weren’t, I’d order the perfume, “Spell On You” by Louis Vuitton. The ad’s model is a fair-skinned blonde with blue eyes. It’s expensive, and I rarely wear perfume any more. I like to give my business to equal opportunity companies.
True but it’s still a solid show and I like the vintage cars.
First they disappear whites in the culture as a whole. Then cattle cars....
I’m married to a Filipina. Have been for over 30 years. In the beginning, we got a lot of nasty comments. Now, in Arizona at least, no one blinks an eye. But she heard on the radio a few weeks ago that Asians (and presumably Filipinos) are...forget the exact term used, but the idea was that they are surrogate whites who don’t suffer the incredible discrimination blacks receive. So being married to a Filipina now means we are BOTH white!
BTW, in southern Arizona, White/Hispanic marriages are everywhere. As best I can tell, no one notices anymore. That would NOT have been true 50 years ago, but a Hispanic person in Arizona is now largely a “white” person who MAY speak Spanish and who MAY have a better than average tan. There is ZERO discrimination against Hispanics here, where Hispanics are 38% of the population. Note: The county I live in is 3% black.
Side note: As a rule, black guys and white guys in Arizona seem to get along OK. The “Everyone is racist!” crowd seems to be very obese black women. VERY obese! The one slender, beautiful black woman I knew (her black husband was in the military and they were transferred a few years ago) was Christian, had a devoted Christian husband, 3 kids, a Masters degree in a real subject, and didn’t have an ounce of hate in her body!
I wonder - How much of the “prejudice” that is supposedly oppressing blacks is just physical revulsion for a 5’4” 300 lb woman who can’t find a man of any color who wants her?

I was thinking the same thing. Interracial couples are a very common thing in my area (almost center of Bama). My last and my present rural subdivisions were/are about 50/50 black/white and everyone gets along with no issues...imagine that. So much for stereotypes...but on the other hand we are all mostly conservative and religious here, so no liberals need to move down and fact check me...lol

He was a discrete homosexual who by all accounts was known for a happy TV crew and strong loyalties. I’ve known maybe 6 homosexuals. One was a pretty good guy. The rest were whiny jerks. But then, I like less than half of the heterosexuals I meet...
