One person here in Georgia like Stacey Abrams? That is what happened here but you appear clueless.

The electoral college vote was Biden 306 to Trump 232. Only complete imbeciles or actual fascists could believe Pence could overturn an election.

The electoral college vote was Biden 306 to Trump 232. Only complete imbeciles or actual fascists could believe Pence could overturn an election.

Effectively Vice President Pence was the one person that decided the outcome of the election by doing nothing to contest the massive vote fraud and cheating in the election.

If you were living under a rock for the past year I'll tell you again, Stacey Abrams initiated a suit against the State of Georgia and to settle it our Secretary of State signed a consent decree which required no signature verification of absentee ballots and enabled other unconstitutional cheats.   In addition to that, we all watched with our own eyes a one time large bump in the vote totals what was a statistical impossibility.   Video evidence of cheating was recorded in Fulton County, the state's most-populous county, and numerous other cases of election fraud were also documented across the state.   The volume of cheating was much greater than the margin between President Trump and Vice President Biden.   The other swing States have other similar circumstances documented.

See this snippet from an article on NPR:

Four years later, the January 2005 joint session of Congress heard the Electoral College result from Bush's reelection over Democratic Sen. John Kerry of Massachusetts (who did not attend). A House member of Ohio, Stephanie Tubbs Jones, rose to object to the count from her state. It mattered, because without Ohio's electoral votes, Bush would not have had the 270 needed to win.

Jones said there had been irregularities and defects in her state, including a lack of voting sites in communities of color. She was supported by Sen. Barbara Boxer, a Democrat from California. The House and Senate separated, debated for two hours and voted to accept the Ohio count as reported. Boxer's was the only vote to the contrary in the Senate.

You see from this there was a precedence for the Vice President hearing objections to the slate of electors from each state.   We know now that there were even designated Congressmen and Senators who were going to make the objections until the "crisis actor 01/06 insurrectionist" caused the lockdown and interruption of the joint session.

But you claim that there was no recourse to contest any fraudulent election.   Who's side are you really on?
