If it was a given constitutional slam dunk, do you think the fake fracas at the capital on the exact day and time of January 6, 2020 would have otherwise been CAUSED to occur. The certification was put off and done latter in the dark physically and figuratively on purpose.
So transparent it is and everyone knows. Patriots are finished and as such submitting to the brunt of ridicule if this isn’t rectified with retribution meted out to discourage infringements further

No, it's not. First, Pence chose not to act, even though the Constitution and law gave him the right.
Second, had Pence returned the questioned tallies to the states, regardless of the outcome he could have political life left in him. Now, Pence is politically DOA.
