Just two days ago, CNN claimed that on Janaury 6th Kamala Harris was inside the DNC headquarters in DC for two hours while a pipe bomb was sitting in open view next to a bench outside the building.

That is a Class 1 Explosives label on the gray can.
The Division is 4 making it a confined explosive. I would not think that it would be something you would store in your hotel room...

Here is what a Division 1.4 is listed as: Substances and articles which present no significant hazard; only a small hazard in the event of ignition or initiation during transport with any effects largely confined to the package.
