Morning update. about 14 minutes long. At the 5 minute mark, Pat King talks about the police are getting an LRAD weapon, which uses sound waves against people. He asks the police to refuse to follow those orders.
It’s being reported that this notice (unsigned and doesn’t look particularly official) is being distributed in Ottawa.
