That’s true, but my post only addressed the claim that all justices had “judicial experience.”

Unless one interprets that as “being a sitting judge,” even the ho has “judicial experience.” She was the Attorney General of the largest state in the country.

Whether you think she was any good or not (I think she was an enormity), it’s on her resume.

she doesn’t have the juice to warrant such a plum job. People are delusional....

She will be nominated to be the Supreme Chief of Animal Control..

Why not? We didn’t stop her from going against the constitution and becoming VP. We allowed an election to be stolen. Go ahead and place her on the SCOTUS, and let’s accelerate our descent into chaos. IMO, God can’t reboot this planet soon enough. I’ve made my peace. Let it happen.

Amen....Me also, get on with it....It is enevitable, and praying for anything different is a waste of time if you are a believer in Biblical Prophecy.....Enough with the slow death by chaos, suffering, watching the greatest once Christian based Nation in history die bit by bit...It will be unfathomable suffering for all, but get on with it.....

The plan is obvious. Harris goes to the SCOTUS, the Democrats appoint someone they think might be electable as VP and Biden goes off to some memory care facility in Delaware.

Several problems...who do they appoint VP? Hillary? Elizabeth Warren? Bernie? In the last election the list of Democratic candidates was so underwhelming at made senile that old Joe looked like a good choice. Deposing Joe because of senity should raise awkward questions about who one he was senile and when did they know. This is especially problematic when senile Joe has only been in office barely a year.

That was my thoughts as well. He has been very firm in his refusal to be pressured to retire in the past. Maybe he decided to retire on his schedule for health reasons, but, if the announcement was made without his approval, (and he sees it as an attempt to box him into it), he may decide to stay for another term in spite.

I think it only takes 51 votes for SCOTUS appointments.

It would be a highly contentious battle to get Hillary Clinton through the gates and into the White House once again.

No it wouldn't.

Nor would it be difficult to get approval of an unqualified politically motivated nominee like Kamala Harriet, except that she herself has to agree to it and why in the world would she do that...with 3 years of opportunity to succeed the cadaverous resident, Biden, and become POTUS? Er, make that FirstFemalePOTUS.

Kamalalala is not up to being VP, much less President

Much less a SC justice.

Speaking of plum jobs, there’s no bigger plum in the world than the American presidency. She has a solid chance of getting it without breaking a sweat. Why abandon that for a chance to be the least qualified person in a room of 9? The SCOTUS janitors are probably better versed.

Too bad, Hillary. It’s going to take arkancide again, if you want the job, and then you have to trust Joe, too, to keep his promise and pick you after you relieve him of his little problem.

Kamala while as prosecutor persecuted minorities continually, usually for minor crimes, in order to boost a bogus record as being tough on crime.

During her 28-year tenure as a county prosecutor, district attorney (D.A.), and state attorney general (A.G.), Harris proved quite willing to live up to the epithet. In the public eye, she spoke of racial justice and liberal values, bolstering her cred as one of the Democratic Party’s rising stars. But behind closed doors, she repeatedly fought for more aggressive prosecution not just of violent criminals but of people who committed misdemeanors and “quality of life” crimes.
