I hate to disappoint everyone but contrary to the headline here, the Assembly did not vote to withdraw the electors. This is not the actual headline from the original story. The real headline is:
Wisconsin Assembly Votes to Move Forward Rep. Ramthun’s Resolution to Reclaim Wisconsin’s 10 Electors For President and Vice President That Were Certified Under Fraudulent Purposes
All that happened is that a privileged resolution was referred to the Rules Committee, as allowed in the Assembly rules, where it will most likely die.
