I don’t think so. If he was sworn in due to fraud then I think that changes everything.

It changes nothing. Nothing removes Biden from office other than if he were to die. Nothing... there is no chance of impeachment, no remedy if 100% of the state elections were decertified...

Nothing changes the outcome of the 2020 election... nothing. Focus on mid-terms and the next general... nothing undoes the 2020 fraud... nothing.

... except FRAUD. Fraud vitiates everything. Not keeping election materials for 22 months prevents an election from being 'proven' by an audit, and likely discovered after the fact (Inauguration Day). Not having signatures for every ballot transit is a common problem. Log entries of access to voting machines have been prematurely erased. Ballot harvesting was detected. All of these were detected after the fact.

So how do you remove an elected politician from office as a result of fraud? It's called a quo warranto action (by what authority) that is filed in Fed district court. In this case, the Senators and Representatives from the election lose their seats, as they did after the Civil War, if their states cannot 'prove' the 2020 results. The courts' only 'decision' is whether to declare the election 'UNLAWFUL' due to fraud, and let the states and Fed legislatures define the political action to take.
