I really do not care HOW the data field(s) have erroneous information. The fact of the matter is they do. Because the info for these registrants is known to be incomplete/erroneous, the votes should not count, period.

As long as they’re on the voter rolls, the mail-in ballots go out and, literally, ANYONE who gets them can fill them out and return them.
