What about JPMorgan Chase?
Legally they can’t and they’re open to lawsuits for any adverse reactions.
Add Savannah River Nuclear Solutions and other contractors that work at the site. They won’t lift the mandate. They won’t approve any exemptions and They won’t fire them. Placed on unpaid leave. Can’t draw unemployment. It’s criminal. And my hubby and others work remote anyway!!! And to top it off. The dang SC Senate run by GOP btw, are dragging their feet to pass anti mandate legislation. A company should not be allowed to dictate medical procedures to their employees. SRNS is being sued by group employees but it’s in appeals and we have 1 lawyer to SRNS 7-8 lawyers. Please pray this ends and they can go back to work.
Time for a massive, Mother of all Class Action Law suites to teach these corporations a very very painful lesson.
Unlike your article’s implication, the Supreme Court ruling did not outlaw corporate vaccination mandates. It outlawed the Biden administration’s requirement of corporate vaccination mandates. These companies all have customers. Presumably the companies made decisions that their customers think they will be better served by companies whose employees are vaccinated, and that that factor weighs heavier on the corporate bottom line than any negative effect the mandates may have on the companies’ competition for quality employees.
Obviously you think these corporate decisions are wrong, and illegal. It is you who is wrong. The United States is supposed to have a free enterprise system where companies are free to hire, fire and mandate as they please, and workers are free to work for whomever they please.
