The only people being disenfranchised are actual Americans whose votes are canceled out by illegal aliens, dead people (who always vote democRAT) and democRATs voting more than once per election. And the filibuster proves we are a Constitutional (or Representative) Republic, as it protects minority party rights. If the Founding Fathers wanted two identical bodies the Senate would have been a smaller clone (a ‘mini me’ if you will) of the House.
Now the Rats know how we feel with the likes of Pierre Delecto, Lizard Cheney, Murky-asky...
It’s genuinely surprising to me how few voices on the Dem side are willing to say, “Look, the only way nuking the filibuster is a good idea is if we never lose control of the Senate again. And that’s an extreme long shot.” Do they not get that? Or do they, in fact, get it, a and this is all kabuki? Manchin and Sinema are the designated “heavies” allowing the rest of the Dems to very sensibly preserve the filibuster while pretending to favor its abolition?
Whenever a communist whines about this, I tell them that it was bipartisan opposition that killed these bills.
Bipartisanship is good, right? So it must be good that a bipartisan group opposed this legislation. It must be flawed in some way.
That usually shuts them up

There is nothing arcane about it. It is simple, easy to understand, and very familiar to anyone with a high school education. I think that Harris needs a vocabulary lesson.
I guess the Schmuck thought the resident’s presser would unite the RINOs in assisting him in getting rid of the filibuster and enacting Federal Voting control:-)
