Wow, that is one heck of a list of supplements. Must take you forever to get all those sorted out and ingested!

I’m on B12, C, D3, Melatonin, NAC, Quercetin, and Zinc. Ivermectin and Doxycycline are on stand-by if I get sick.

Well I take b12 c calcium citrate and milk of magnesia. Also lots of zinc folic acid selenium vitamin d and e and wash it down with red bull.
