Like the context of the discredited (by the CDC) PCR test which cannot distinguish the Corona Virus 19 from the various flu and cold viruses but is still being used?

The PCR test will give positive for many things and plus the many false positives. So yes, everyone has covid who test positive.

Yes, I have reported on this also: even the CDC acknowledges that some persons can continue to test positive for COVID-19 even 60 days after being infected,[184] and even up to 3 months after diagnosis and not be infectious And a high percentage of persons testing positive via PCR tests have such a low viral load that they are not likely to be contagious.

And which relates to the rather liberal criteria for classifying persons as being Covid cases. See here.
