DEI is code for anti-white discrimination.
It should be Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity.
Conservatives should always put the order:
Diversity, Inclusion, Equity,
so that it can be abbreviated:
DIE
It’s more code for hire and promote the incompetents who cannot otherwise get a job. Plenty of whites are getting high paying government positions with a lot of authority provided they push this stuff.
It is certainly that, but also a sales pitch to the remaining demographics that might see the schools as worth the time and money.
