How about despite the promising potential at the end of the day vaccines do not seem to work and likely cause much more harm than good. Scientific data suggests that this isn’t the best way to protect public health and we are pursuing other measures that are likely more effective.

The vaccines—though they are worthless against viral infection—had another highly beneficial effect on society.

They stopped the shutdown.

Without this psychological effect of the vaccines, the shutdown would have lasted a few more years. Likely hundreds of millions would have died of famine and disease, and the “great reset” would have been enacted.

Trump had to push the vaccines.
