I've only seen the picture of the left initially. Seeing that, I was dumbfounded as to the crytic meaning behind it, and was thinking this was maybe some cheesy romantic gesture towards his wife?

Now seeing the "God help me I'm dying" second picture, it seems more like a confession.

My 2 cents. As a narcissist, its always about him, he is the victim. Earlier today I was watching youtube and from what I saw, his wife had posted these pictures to her Instragram as his drawings. Why? What possible purpose? Is he trying to make people think hes lost his mind and needs hospitalization? My assumption is he is not getting the pity he believes is his due; therefore, he needs to act out for attention. He has gone full mental mode. In the drawings, I bet he is portrayed as the victim dying and the female is a public who doesn’t care about him. All this along with his Splenda packet is supposed to bring on a gush of pity.

The man is evil. He’s a sick, evil narcissist. No empathy. None for the lives he has destroyed. None for the little boy his negligent actions left motherless. Its all about Alec Baldwin being the victim who is dying due to an uncaring society..
