If you have a google account, go in and disable or pause all of their BS including tracking, location, ad preferences etc.
On you’re phone uninstall chrome and just about everything you can that you don’t use or want and/or force stop/disable everything google related.
Doesn’t solve everything but helps a lot.

This. You can only go max privacy (for google) by desktop computer. Use DDG, ask how.
