Has Roberts declared that COVID is a tax yet?
I think he is leaning towards declaring the Vaccine is a Mandatory Tax on all citizens and the mandate stands.
He can be outvoted now. It is much more likely he'll vote with the majority because as Chief Justice he has the right to assign who gets to write the majority opinion. And he can assign it to himself like he did with the Obamacare decision.
