Not one of those arrested has been charged by the DOJ with sedition. Lord knows they would if they could. They can’t without looking silly. Most have been charged with trespassing or interrupting an official proceeding. Or could it be that the DOJ really doesn’t want to charge felonies for fear of discovery by the defense?
