That seems highly probable. We have Ray Epps, Stewart Rhodes, "scaffold man," the fence cutter, the man with the crowbar smashing the Capitol window, and several other prominent players on that day - ALL unindicted. I can't think of any other explanation than that they are federal agents and/or informants.

Think back to Chuck Schumer in 2017, when the Deep State was already mobilized against Trump: "Our intelligence agencies have six ways from Sunday to get back at their critics." He said this with an approving smirk, not a sense of alarm, indicating his firm belief that his side was safe from any such retaliation.
