And the reason for that is because you have to prove in a court of Law that the crime you charge for was actually committed and the left can’t do that. They also won’t release the videos of that day that prove it wasn’t done, and in that limbo the January 6 prisoners exist.

How long do the American people accept their government keeping people in prison for alleged trespassing? At what point does the treatment of these American citizens as political prisoners (Hostages actually) become a crime? Does our Constitution allow the federal government to keep people in prison indefinitely for alleged minor offenses?
I think our government has keep these people locked up for so long they don't know how to save face and get out of this mess. If these Americans get out of prison and begin to tell their story for all to hear it's going be be clear we have a criminal government and those actors must be held accountable. Anyone involved in arresting, jailing, and otherwise detaining these Americans at this point has committed very serious crimes. From the FBI who made the arrests, the judges that are allowing them to remain in prison to the very jailers that are locking the cells. All are criminals and all must be prosecuted to the fullest.
At this point ANY possible charges such as trespassing and vandalism are Constitutionally null and void. The Americans being held in DC gulag prisons are now victims of on ongoing crime.

One thing I might have missed yesterday (this post being first I’ve seen) is the complete illegal holding of citizens in a jail deemed unusable for regular criminals; the criminal misconduct of guards overseeing those citizens... all the way to the person in charge.
We have laws against thus type of handling of anyone in custody. Sad that only a handful of our elected folks have attempted to get rectified.
Every criminal attorney in the country should be up in arms...how long before their clients are treated thus?
