Just use seat heaters and you are good for a VERY long time.

Likewise, most newer cars consume relatively small amounts of gasoline while idling. So as long as your fuel isn’t low, and as long as you know you don’t have an exhaust leak or obstructed tailpipe, there is no reason not to periodically start your car and warm it up.
How does an EV even provide interior cabin heat? From a battery alone, I would think that would use a tremendous amount of battery energy.
Great— heaters for a car that thereafter can’t go far enough anywhere to get another coal fired power plant charge up. As a test bed for batteries, Tesla is demonstrating how lousy they are, and driving the Chi-Coms on their minerals domination.
I’m sure the batteries will keep the cabin very comfortable if the outside temperature is 72F.

And you believe that? In 20 degree weather?
And just how to you put a time frame on such a thing without considering the outside temperature? You can’t. There is so much to pick apart in propaganda statements. And an EV is almost never fully charged unless you just left the charging bay.
