Which is why there will be two economies. A great opportunity to open a non-compliant business...steal from those that do comply (the drones) and sell at a reduced cost to the common sense crowd.
My AKC certified dog has her chip it’s between her shoulder blades in the skin. It’s scanned every time she gets her shots and if we move so it shows her new address and phone numbers. The chip doesn’t hold this information the central database does so there’s no chance of it ever getting lost. The chip is just a unique 256 bit number that triggers the encrypted reply from the data base. This is important as you wouldn’t want someone to scan your dog at the dog park and then know where you live the database is accessible only by licenced vets,,county animal control and the SPCA or local pounds so if puppers gets lost they can call you to come get them.
Already been done, the tattoo is also RFID enabled it can also be visible,invisible or glow only under special frequency lights. Mooooo moooo
