The recent push for more female officers to actually be pounding the pavement on the streets is great for PR to the woke crowd. Tactically, not so much.

hardly ... female cop here in the Denver metro area who was shot in the abdomen (below her vest) put an end to a deadly multi-city spree shooting by killing the shooter:
“Colorado police officer hailed a hero after she was shot during deadly ‘rampage’ and took down the suspect while wounded”
and btw, nice way to diss on a good cop.....so respectful....
