You’re way ahead of yourself. The Nuremburg Code has not been incorporated into US code by legislation or by treaty. Therefore, there can be no “Nuremburg Trials”.

It is called sarcasm.
This silliness is not helpful. You are not supposed to drink the testing solution, nor should you eat the packaging. Worrying about this is like that California label that virtually everything is known to cause cancer.
Can they be thrown in the trash or do they legally need to be dropped off at a hazardous materials site? Fed government should have some liability for the disposal of these potentially dangerous tests.
