I’m thinking what really happened is Joe didn’t clearly hear or understand what the speaker was saying.
I assumed that until I saw the video.
1. It was a quiet, studio environment.
2. The caller's line had excellent sound quality.
3. Biden repeated the phrase word for word after saying, "I agree", as in "I agree. Let's Go Brandon!" Then he asked the caller about Oregon.
Hearing was the LEAST of his problems.
