His “plan” was to say the words.
Nothing more. Saying the words will be enough for the liberals to claim he’s actually done something.
Liberals are like when kids run/are the center of the family.
Conservatives are when the parents run/are the center of the family.
If we follow the same pattern as South Africa then by the time he gets them ready this thing may finally be over.

Now all those people who have no symptoms can test positive, panic, then rush to the hospital. They were so sick, they didn’t even know it.

The media was trashing president Trump because of lack of Covid tests in the beginning of this disaster.
Resident Biden blamed Trump and promised to take care about Covid! Apparently, his plans were not good.
Not only Covid is still around, worse than ever, but we do not even have the tests! Even now!
Looks to me, that the best place to get Covid is the line for the tests!
The tests we have are just as accurate as flipping a coin (I heard 52%, so that’s basically the exact same odds), plus they can’t determine variant! If they say it can they are lying!
Some company is already selling at-home COVID tests on Youtube commercials. I can’t remember the company.
More tests, more cases, more panic.
If they send us any of these “kits”, they won’t even get inside the house, I’ll stop and deposit them in our outside trash container and straight to the landfill they go.

Yet after almost a year in office and a year of being the presumptive winner, biden has offered nothing. nothing other than lockdowns and promising a winter of death and gloom.
psaki just last month ridiculed the idea of "free" tests sent to American's homes.
And now...the marionette press secretary has to stand up there looking like a complete idiot and say there was no demand for tests in october as she now tries to defend the 500 million "free" tests biden is pushing.
in my lifetime...this is the most inept administration i've ever seen and that includes carter and odumbo. when you're worse than those two you've really done something.
It will help the Dem donors who own the company making the tests. The gov buys them at triple the going rate, from a Dem donor controlled company, who gives 10% to the big guy.
They know 80-90% of the tests are going to the trash can immediately. Doesn’t matter, mission accomplished!
That’s why there are so many wrong tests.
I know a family, they has a gathering. Somebody tested positive. All got scared, went to quarantine, retested themselves several times...
Turn out to be false positive!
It turned out to be quite a tragedy for them, all kind of things happened (do not want to dive into all the details) because of that one false positive!

I remember, I happened to be in a liberal kind of meeting. They discussed all the actions which needs to be done, many actually reasonable. Then they went home, all happy.
No actions followed! Nothing was done! But all were happy!
