Call me a nut, but I’d bet the OSHA mandate goes 9-0 to overturn the mandate.

The CMS (Medicare/Medicaid/healthcare worker) mandate? Probably 5-4 to overturn.

Not a chance. They will uphold all of the mandates as they have from the start of this mess.
