“They have let every other challenge to this mandate apply.”

They have allowed schools to require it of their students and hospitals require it for employees, (they are free to work and go to school elsewhere), and some mask mandates.

They have not however, heretofore, allowed federal or state governments to compel vaccination of their citizens. And if Biden walks in with his OSHA argument, I do not see that flying.

Either way, I will not be taking the mRNA vaccines EVER, regardless of what SCOTUS ‘thinks.’

It matters not whether we not see it flying. Xiden had nothing to lose by an OSHA mandate. So it doesn’t go forward, no problem, he’ll say “he tried.” The Supreme Court lives in the DC bubble. It as an institution has a history of rendering some very bad decisions that have greatly hurt and/or killed many people and has destroyed individual liberty. It favors federal givernment (obozocare) except when someone like Trump is elected, or leftist outcomes are involved. I wouldn’t trust the court for anything. For example a court to find very recently that homo-marriage is a constitutional right should tell you it cannot be relied upon. All bets are off 50:50 OSHA mandate sticks because it allows for weekly testing.

How can anyone mandate medicine that is not approved. That’s what is crazy. If they uphold this then I would EO birth control for government benefits, aids testing passports …. Shove it down their throats.
